My process

How we get started – together

I never jump straight into coaching. Getting to know your family first is how I make sure the support I offer is truly the right fit. Every new family begins with the same three steps – and the first two are complimentary.

  1. Step 01Complimentary

30-Minute Discovery Call with a Parent

We start with a 30-minute call – just you, the parent, and me. You share what you're seeing at home and at school, ask any questions, and I'll share whether I think I can help. No obligation, no pressure.

  2. Step 02Complimentary

    Family Meeting

If the call feels right, I schedule a complimentary in-person or virtual meeting with both you and your student. This is where we all get to know each other – and your student decides if they want to work with me. Giving them that choice is the first step in developing self-advocacy and autonomy.

  3. Step 03

    Personalized Coaching Begins

Once we're aligned, we build a coaching plan tailored to your student's specific strengths, challenges, and goals. Weekly sessions, ongoing check-ins, and real strategies – not generic advice.

Ready to take the first step?

Start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. No commitment, no pressure – just a conversation about your student.
