About Sara Fabricant

30 years in education.
One clear passion.

Helping students discover what they're capable of – and giving them the tools to get there independently.

Sara Fabricant standing outdoors in Scottsdale, Arizona

For the past 30 years I have worked in education in some capacity – as a resource room teacher, learning specialist, case manager, private tutor, and executive function coach at public, private, Title 1, and charter schools across New York, North Carolina, and Arizona.

I have been an adjunct instructor at Landmark College and am the parent of three teenage and young adult learners whose experiences continue to deeply inform the work I do with students every day.

My passion is coaching students to develop skills and ignite the confidence to independently and positively influence their own learning. I believe every student has the potential for success – and that when they are given the right tools and the chance to understand their own profile, they rise to meet it.

I live in Scottsdale, Arizona with my husband David, our three children, and our Golden Retriever Lexi.

I enjoy traveling with my family, am an avid hiker, and love to exercise and play pickleball.

What people say

"Sara Fabricant gets it. All of us learn differently and have unique needs. The feedback from families who have worked with Sara is uniformly positive and enthusiastic – she helps you learn what works for you, and how to be the best you can be."
Dr. Christopher NichollsThe Nicholls Group · Clinical Psychologist
"Sara is in a class of her own. An incredibly positive and caring educator, Sara has a degree of empathy for the experiences of neurodivergent learners that is unmatched by most. She works hard to support students in achieving their goals. Sara truly 'gets' us."
Dr. Adam R. LalorLandmark College · VP for Neurodiversity Research & Innovation
"Mrs. Fabricant is caring, understanding, and genuinely desires to help students with learning differences. She made an extra effort to meet virtually when needed and always made me feel supported."
